Yes, the ISQM module is fully integrated and compliant with ISQM 1 and 2 standards. Additionally, it is pre-configured for rapid deployment, allowing firms to immediately comply with regulatory requirements.

Use and Configuration

Audityx is a web application accessible directly via a secure URL, with no need for local installation.

For configuration, our team will assist you at every step. They will handle the creation of hosting and import your data into Audityx.

Upon validation of the offer, you will receive several files to provide us with the necessary information for adding your collaborators and defining their roles and access rights.

The management of existing user rights can be done directly from the Audityx interface. To add a new user, you can contact our customer support, who will assist you with this process.

The data import into Audityx depends on the volume and complexity of the data to be migrated. For large volumes or specific configurations, it is recommended to contact our customer support for personalized assistance.

By default, Audityx is available in French, Dutch, and English. Other languages can be made available upon request, depending on your specific needs.

Client documents can be provided in German.

Support and Assistance

Yes, the System Administrator role allows you to define and control each user’s access rights within your firm. This feature enables you to manage permissions securely, ensuring that each collaborator only accesses information and functionalities relevant to their role.

Subscription

Audityx offers several types of licenses tailored to the specific needs of each firm:

For the ISQM Module:

  • FULL License: Access to the entire module and all its features.
  • LIGHT License: Consultative access with limited features, designed for secretaries and/or external users of the firm.
  • STUDENT License: Free access for 2 x 2 months, perfect for students in the learning phase.

For Other Audityx Modules:

  • FULL License: Access to the entire module(s) and all its features.
  • STUDENT License: Free access for 2 x 2 months, perfect for students in the learning phase.

The cost of each license is based on a monthly fee per user. Discounts are available for firms subscribing to multiple modules and/or having a large number of users.

Audityx operates on a monthly subscription model per user, with additional costs for hosting, backups, and maintenance. Billing is done in advance.

To upgrade or change your subscription, simply contact our customer service. A personalized offer will be sent to validate the desired changes. Once the offer is accepted, we will quickly update your subscription to meet your new needs.

Training and Onboarding

Audityx offers a free introductory training session via video conference, as well as paid training on request, ranging from basic training to advanced (Master) training.

For any request for paid training, a detailed offer will be sent to you.

Depending on the selected modules and your level of engagement, the complete onboarding lasts an average of 1 to 2 weeks, including configuration and familiarization with the features.
